Note: Total parliament seats: 329. The emerging bloc's core holds approximately 167 seats, already above the 50%+1 premiership threshold. The in-between grouping consists of smaller factions and uncommitted MPs who are leaning toward the bloc but have not formally declared. The presidential quorum of 220 (two-thirds) was already cleared in the April session despite the Maliki-Barzani boycott, with defections from the anti-session camp joining the side willing to proceed.
